I've used MSM cream before. For me, I didn't really like too much. It didn't absorb into my skin very well. It kinda just sat on top of it. Also, dimethicone is one of the ingredients (the one I used), and I know that can be an issue for some people. Luckily, it never broke me out. As far as rolling scars, I've heard it has helped some people with that. I can't attest to that as I was using it for general skin health. I feel like it temporarily smoothed out my skin due to the silicone in it.
