I would go ahead and say mild-moderate rolling scars. I believe these respond best to laser treatment as opposed to subcision, ect.. But I'll leave the detailed scar treatment suggestions to the scar section pros! ;p

Just want to reassure you those scars are by no means severe.. and after some treatment I'm sure your skin will recover famously! (:

Looks like some rolling, a few icepicks, and a couple box-cars, the gambit of acne scars. Reiterating what was already said though, does not look bad, I would say maybe a tca peel or looking into V-beam/laser. Also reducing redness greatly reduces appearance in my opinion, ive been using the jojoba oil with the regimen mositurizer, has really decreased the redness. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much for responding guys, and sorry for the delayed reply ! I postponed my treatment due to Accutane, but will look into your suggestions now that I can consider them without any risk ! =)

I had scarring like yours and I was able to improve them significantly with subcision and the suction method/protocol, some scars never resurfaced. Not only is it extremely effective, but incredibly cheap compared to other treatments such as laser. I am currently blogging here:
