Chemical Peel Options For Acne (Rolling) Scars? -Jessner

I've almost set my mind on a series of (3) Vi Peels, I've done all the research so far, but with the latest chemical peel, comes the greatest expenses.

My basic inquiry is this: Is the Jessner peel or IPL photofacial good enough on light-slightly moderate (mostly old actually) rolling acne scars? How good is the Jessner peel or IPL photofacial on scars/red marks? I'm totally willing to shell out the $900 for (3) Vi peels. I've dealt with acne for so long, and then scaring, I just want to be done with it and have nice skin. I need to know however if these two procedures could do what I want - putting me on a path towards perfect skin, while being budget conscientious.

So, recap: My acne is gone, I'm done peels for scarring, but want to make sure i'm getting a peel that is best designed for rolling scars and light red marks. All I see is x peel say it's for acne scars as well, but what is the best one for scarring?

Can I be looking towards peels + good skin care for a clear face? Or should I save my $700-900 for lasers that offers a more lasting solution? What is everyone's experience with this? I would prefer a chemical peel, as it's safer, but i want lasting results (years).

For redmarks and possible collagen reintroduction for atrophic scars I suggest V beam Perfecta instead of IPL. Check this out: https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/jsswc/4/3/4_170/_pdf & https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/jsswc/4/3/4_170/_pdf.

Go here to translate pdf: https://translate.google.com/?tr=f&hl=en

If you could, upload a picture of your scars or at least a few that way we can get an idea of what you're dealing with.

if you're close by in San Diego I can hook you up with a special introductory price deal on Vbeam Perfecta (No purpura!) with an awesome derm, he's on expert on chemical peels as well: http://www.drrullan.com/dr-peter-rullan/

'Dr. Rullan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery since 1984. He is Past-President of the San Diego Dermatologic Surgical and Medical Societies. He has lectured and conducted clinical training seminars both locally and internationally in the art of chemical peeling. He has been selected as one of "America's Best Doctors" (2002-2014) and "San Diego's Best Doctors" (2003-2004). "San Diego's Best Doctors" is selected by his peers and other physicians when asked "who would you send your family to?"- as reported in the "San Diego Magazine".'
