I was picking at my skin on my nose and my nose started bleeding excessively. I applied pressure with a tissue on it to stop the bleeding and it turned purple/red because there was blood under it. I did the ice and neosporin and it's still there. I'm putting retin-a on it just to speed up the process. I have a picture below.

It's kind of an open wound. That's a little sore. May be bruised idek. With blood under I think.

What should I do? This is on the side of my nose and I have school tomorrow. I don't want to look like a freak. I have so much regret bc what I was picking at was soooo minuscule. And my parents are upset that I make myself look like this
