I am 18 years old, I suffered from extreme acne about 4 years ago on my face, neck, chest, shoulders and both my upper and mid back. This is mainly due to puberty and genetics as my brother and father both had acne through puberty, but NEITHER of them had it as bad as me! I used certain treatments and after a year or so the acne stopped breaking out mainly due to me passing puberty, I was however left with terrible scars all over my body.

Still to the day today I am left distressed due to these scars, I haven't worn a simple t-shirt in public in years due to the scars on my neck, taking my shirt off to go to the beach or the pools is unthinkable as I feel really uncomfortable, I've became so used to it that I can't imagine my life being back to normal again.

Some of my scars include raised scars which look like bubbles, some are deep and go into my skin which look like a hole, and some are just red marks. If anyone can suggest any home treatment remedies or something such as laser surgery, or anything else to help with these three types of scars, then PLEASE do so! I will attach some photos of my scars so you are able to understand the seriousness of my skin condition, thank you!

Sorry you're dealing with this.

The raised scars are hypertrophic scars, and these can be flattened with repeated injections of cortisone and 5FU. The pitted scars are more complicated to treat especially on the body. Typically for deep indentations on the face, you can do subcision, fillers, and laser resurfacing. You can't really use lasers here because the skin on the trunk is more prone to scarring with lasers. For the redness, you can try Vbeam.

Have you already tried any scar creams for the raised ones? If you are really dedicated to it you could try massaging them 15+ minutes with something like this  https://www.amazon.com/Palmers-Cocoa-Butter-Skin-Therapy/dp/B00KQPW8FO/ which you can find at drugstores. There are better, more expensive things out there but the key is really massaging them. If you watched a movie every day and massaged them during the whole movie that would be really good. If you are just sitting in the bathroom doing that you're going to be really bored of it after 5 minutes. For the red ones something that would exfoliate them would work. There are lots of drugstore dark spot correctors but if they are all over your body I would go with something like this  https://www.amazon.com/Kiss-My-Face-Moisturizer-Peaches/dp/B0001VUHJM/ which is at most drugstores but for sure at health food stores. And for the holes (icepick scars?) you could look into ordering a 1.5 Dermaroller but they are not really treatable with any topical creams. Good luck :)
