Hi everyone
Every winter my cheeks break out in all of these little dots. They are hardly visible at all during the hotter months and I can very easily cover them up but in winter no matter how much make-up I wear they never go away. And it's definitely due to the heat, not just a change in skin colour. I know a lot of people's skin/redness improves as they develop a tan but even in winter if I use sunbeds they are still there.
I'm confused as to whether they are large pores or ice pick scars. When I squeeze them nothing comes out which makes me think it's not just large pores but I've only ever had acne on my chin and forehead- never my cheeks- so I'm not sure how/why there would be scarring? Any insight would be really appreciated!
