pls answer

redmars r inflammed skin but wont piercing them with needles inflame them even more? nyone knows?

i can confirm that needling over red marks doesn't make them worse. the red marks on my face have decreased over time from needling. im not a doctor or anything, this is from my personal experience.

^ well thts nice to hear bt how does it make sense? bcs arent u rly irritating the spot even more by tearing it where its still trying to heal up from previous damage?
