I have a deep pitted scar (at least I think it would be called a "pitted scar") on my cheek. It's been driving me crazy for years.
Is it an ice pick scar? A rounded scar?
Can you guys take a look at the image I'm including and let me know what type of scar it is and any recommended treatments to either get rid of it or make it quite a bit less obvious?
As you can see, I have a smaller one just below it. It's not as bothersome, but I'm guessing can be helped by the same treatment used for the one on my cheek.

As far as type of scarring, I can't really help you there, I'm horrible at classifying scars but I can say this... your scar is not bad at all. And since you only have one, you can barely notice it tbh it doesn't even look that deep. But I can understand that it must bother you because we are own worst critics, therefore you probably notice it the most. But in reality I wouldn't even try correcting it just cause thats how minor it appears.
