Looks like Post Acne Hyper pigmentation. This will go away naturally overtime depending on the damage done sometimes it could fade between 3 to a year+. If you cannot wait for it to naturally fade- something like tazorac, or retin-a is usually given to fade marks like this.

In my case- i have rosacea- but i find using finacea for my rosacea has also faded my HP very well.

What are these? What can I do on my face? Are these scars already? Or still pimples or acnes? I dunno. Please help! What will I do! Huhu
