I'm going to be really honest. If by normal looking skin you mean like the acne never happened, that is not yet possible. Sometimes dramatic improvement is possible, I've seen it, but "normal" skin is still out of reach with current available treatments. We can only strive for improvement. Dermabrasion helps to soften the edges of scars and to flatten the ridges of scars so that they create less of a shadow. It will not give you normal appearing skin. I've done spot dermabrasion, and it does help for select scars, but it does not give you the look of untouched, normal skin.

I just want a skin that I'm happy with, not a perfection cause like you said earlier, that still out of reach. I attached before and after picture, that's my current pic, I have tried turmeric mask, aloe vera, hydroquinone, it help a bit but I'm really impatience, lol. I had redness after needling, so I stopped needling. Do you think peeling will help with redness?
Your improvement is dramatic! I would have to do skin needling for 10 years to get that amount of improvement.
i tried contacting many clinics and surgeries in the uk via email about excision but no responses and on the few that I did get a response they were pushing lasers.
I am now thinking about getting a beard transplant done to cover the deep ice picks on my lower cheeks.
I noticed that this is very expensive treatment but for me personally i think its worth it, it doesnt get rid of scarring ofcourse but id rather be looking at hair on my cheeks than scars anyday.

Did u use 2 or 4% of hydroquinone?
I used 2% hydroquinone, my dermatologist just prescribed 4% hydroquinone, will start to use it now.

I remove the sutures instead scars there is a small pink task I apply the ointment in time it will disappear.there will be nothing to replace the scar.at worst it will be a small point that will not see.I'm happy with the result .il faut juste attendre 2 ou 3 mois pour quelles tache rose disparaitre. I paid 3200 euro.Mutual will pay me my 1300 euro.
