I have a similar one...I think it's rolling. If it's new, don't worry, it can plump up. Mine comes and goes depending on how moisturized my skin is. Aloe vera helps plump it up and so does hyaluronic acid

I have an appointment in London soon to hopefully get subscision for this as i imagine the sooner you that it the better.
