Scarred Nose Pores

I'm 16, and for the past year, I've had fairly mild and controllable acne around my t-area. The problem is that I have large, deep pores, and I often have large, pea-sized cystic acne that will develop for a week and then either go away/be lysed especially around/on my nose. When they do come to a head and I do have to pop them, they often leave the pores scarred and will leave a large red spot for a while. This, along with the fact I'm sort of a compulsive face-picker, has left one side of my nose rather scarred, with pores differentiating in size, scars from my cystic acne, and lots of lumps/developing pimples. I was wondering if these scars/my cystic acne is reason enough to go to a dermatologist, and if not, what I can do at home to stop further scars/cystic acne & treat scars already there.

See a dermatologist pronto. Your skin doesn't look bad now but when you get older it won't heal as well and things will get worse.
