1-Month Scar Treatment Options

I have one month vacation to Thailand and am hoping to get treatment for my acne scars (pictures included).

I understand that one month isn`t long enough to fully get rid of my scarring, but what treatment options would be most efficient for reducing the visibility of my scars if I only have a month?

I have already tried chemical peels and several Fraxel treatments before, both with lackluster results.

ablative lasers are out, you won't be healed fully in a month...so go fraxel at high settings...but you will need multiple sessions

if you are trying to show some temporary improvement and money is not an option, then go get a syringe of filler injected (juvederm, perlane, hyraulonic acid)...just a day of down time and maybe 6 months of improvement...then deal with scar treatments when you get back

many lasers require multiple procedures to see effects, trust me. I had 2 fraxel and saw nothing, then i had third and things looked better.

Your scars are not that bad or deep. I'm not sure filler would be of much help in this case, unless you have other pictures that highlight the depth more. Frankly a month is probably not enough time to accrue noticeable improvement.

From what I see, you have more pigmentation issues than scars, and the scars themselves are not deep and are more texture related. I'd say fractional ablative c02 lasers like total fx or repair, but be prepared for pigmentation issues afterwards.

Thanks for the input guys. My scars aren't too deep, this was the harshest lighting I could find. I had 5 sessions of Fraxel repair already and barely any improvement.

You sure you had Repair? 5 sessions is a lot...especially with no improvement.
