Subcision + suction would probably help decent for you.
Honestly though, the risk/reward isn't worth the hassle for you to do scar treatments. I personally wouldn't do anything, your skin seems fine.
Are the risks high with subcision and suction? Because the rewards seem like they can be pretty good.
To the original poster, go see a couple different dermatologists and compare their recommendations.

Some users have reported coming out with line scars like with excision. However that is completely based on who you choose to do your procedure. Many have done it and the surgeon has not left a scar. Be sure to inquire about this with the surgeon(s) you decide to consult with, if you are looking to do this procedure.
But yes, you're right, it is quite an enticing procedure, really. Will be getting it done myself once my hyperpigmentation is taken care of.
You don't seem to have OH SO PROMINENT type so scars. Or, if you think i'm wrong, i would appreciate if you could provide a much closer picture of your scars because in general i don't feel any considerable scarring on your face.
She's right. Either you are taking REALLY good pics, or you have minimal/no scarring and therefore shouldn't even be worried about it. Most people on this board are here because our faces were/are in pretty deplorable condition and we just want to get to NORMAL level again. According to your attitude about these (astoundingly good) pics of your face, you seem to be a perfectionist.
If you really want to you can have a subcision + suction done. If that doesn't work (after two-three runs), then do an excision. Note that excision WILL leave you with a line scar, though, which you may not be happy with.
Also a quick word of advice: derms are NOT the go-to guys for the aformentioned procedures. They basically write perscrips. They're not really hands-on doctors (usually). You want to be working with plastic surgeons who are well-trained in the procedures you need them to do. Basically it boils down to this: you're gonna have some guy cut away at your face. Do you want the guy who rarely does any invasive procedures, or the guy whose bread and butter is those very invasive procedures, of which he's done hundreds if not thousands?
