I am new here. I hope someone can help me with my scar. It is not that severe, but I have scars for a while now and I would like to know what will be the best result to solve it. I think my scar is under the boxcar category, but not sure. can you tell me what kind of scar I have and what will be a good treatment for it ? I am also planning to visit a dermatologist soon.
sorry I cant be more of more help but i think this is definitely box car scarring like you suggest.
I have had similar scarring. i first got the scarring over a year ago. they have faded a fair way.
several times i went and saw a doctor and had my skin needled, with positive results! i think i would need more needling to get all the scarring gone but am happy with my skin as it at the moment.
i have heard laser treatment is really effective but needling is a lot cheaper i believe
