Don't Know What To Do Anymore About My Scars?

I'm in my early 20s. I have light skin and my acne left many scars behind. Even after those years they are still very red. I still get some breakouts but it's mostly on my jawline/chin area.I visited some doctors, some recommended me peelings, some others laser.Basically, one doctor told me that if i were to do 4 visits of fractional laser,i would be shocked by the change of my skin.I decided to do it.I did 3 and there wasn't that much of difference, many scars were still red,so i quit,i realized it was a waste of money.

Recently I got a horrible breakout and I'm not sure what caused it.Pretty much i got many whiteheads/pustules on my cheeks, jawline, chin areas. During my sleep, some of them broke and now i'm worried because i believe they left more scars. One of them was a big dry pustule i think and now that area is extremely red. I believe i have a mix of rolling/box scars.

So i don't know what to do.I'm thinking to use aloe gel but i'm not sure if it's alright for the oily skin that i have.I don't know what other treatments would help, many doctors are just trying to rip you off and i don't have much of money to spend.I would upload a picture but my camera is not working, however my problem is kinda like this: [Removed]

Any help would be appreciated.

I never liked lasers, i think it kind of f-ked my skin up too. Go for more natural treatments like facial with herbs etc. Hope for the best.

I have a coworker who had chronic problems with pigmentation. Her skin looked absolutely beautiful the last time I saw her and she said she was combining Finacea and some kind of retinoid. This combination worked better than the TCA peels she had been doing.

For now, I'm washing my face with a lot of water since i have many whiteheads that have yet to heal.

I can ask next time I see her. It wasn't as strong as Tazorac. The Finacea probably did a lot of the work.

In my experience, aloe vera straight from the plant is an amazing moisturizer for acne prone skin. It's gentle, antibacterial and therefore prevents breakouts, and helps with pigmentation. I have a friend who has lots of aloe vera plants in her house for the sole purpose of controlling acne. Her skin looks flawless!
