Hi all ,
I have pretty bad scarring on my cheeks from scabs and acne as you can see from the pics
my skins very dry from using acne meds over the years. I was going to use dermaroller for the scars but i still have bad blackheads ,closed comedones on my forehead and they pop up on my cheeks every now and then and my skins texture is bad from clogged pores.
As you can see ive laugh lines and where the scab scars are i have double laugh lines which look like scars. Im thinking TCA peel would be the best choice for my skin with the acne rather than trying dermaroller.
What would you guys recommend me to try glycolic, tca or go dermaroller.
Any adivce would be appreciated.

These seem to be ice pick scars. I would look into tca cross... This is a procedure where they use a high concentration of tca and apply it with a toothpick-like tool into each ice pick scar. The tca "peel" or other types of chemical peels might smooth the texture but not certain on that. Derma roller is for a different type of scar.... Rolling scars, I believe.
