Little boxcar scars (the ones with sharper edges) and small, shallow rolling scars (the softer ones) are what I see. Not severe! So when you're thinking about treatment options start at the most least invasive.

I think you'd be an excellent candidate for the eDermastamp!

My marks used to be red, but lemmon juice every night has reduced them to this. I am nott complaining, but wouldr really like a smoother cheeck

I don't recommend home treatments. No creams will help scarring and lemon juice is also a bad idea due to the sugar/acid. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if you're serious about seeing real improvement you need to see a professional.
