I have a serious problem and its been happening since i was about 17 but! Now its out of control and I cannot take it anymore and its to the point....

Almost my whole back and shoulders are acne scars or new breakouts! HELP! What do i do??????

we would like some more information.

what is ur diet and lifestyle like?foods u take,sleep,stress,etc.

please elaborate.

topicals u use - face wash, shampoo, soap, creams, scrubs/mask, medicine/spot treatment?

also,things u have tried - both medically and in ur lifestyle.

what kind of acne do u have?

pustules or papules?cystic acne?

big/small?

You could use the acne.org regimen on your back to treat the acne, then implement the AHA+ after a month to reduce the scarring/hyperpigmentation.

Im a bodybuilder. I eat only eggs chicken beef and rice. I eat my food clean no spices or seasonings. Timed eating schedule and i know it does not help that i spend hours in the gym with sweat all over me but i get a shower as soon as i get done training and wash my infected areas. I have a script for doxycycline but i dont think i want to take them until i try washes and such first. Stress i have none. Sleep I sleep 6-8 hours a night. They are small spots and just popped up everywhere over the years on my back and there are scars. There are a few new ones. Since i got my hormones correct now. I dont have the problem of flare ups and huge new breakouts. I just want to get rid of the scars and new spots from coming up. My shoulders some days a are perfectly clear and some days its as though i get spots over night......

do u take protein shake?

ur diet is bad.really?

no veggies.no fruits.

u are likely to be vitamin deficient.

also so much of meat and rice (all day,everyday) is not good.

spices/herbs/seasonings are anti-inflammatory - specially turmeric,ginger,garlic,chilli etc.

limiting salt is good - but it depends on ur sodium-potassium ratio so cutting off salt is not a must!

weight lifting causes acne in many people.so u will have to check that aspect for urself.

may be stop weight lighting for a while and see if it has any positive effect.

use a mild bha wash.
