I am in the process of trying to choose a doctor for Fraxel Repair for my icepick and boxcar scars. I have found a highly rated facial plastic surgeon who told me he would treat my scars with his fraxel repair laser. He has glowing reviews (over 50 and all positive) on vitals for things like nose jobs and other facial related procedures but nothing for acne scars. As we all know that acne scars are harder than anything else, would you trust going to someone who probably does not regularly treat them? Should I see an actual dermatologist who has the Fraxel Repair laser?
