Mostly it just looks like you have some enlarged pores. It's really not bad at all! I'm going to try CO2 laser resurfacing next June (I have to save up money and have enough time to take off to recover). The reviews about whether or not it makes a dramatic difference in the appearance of pore size are mixed, but I've talked to various cosmetic surgeons and estheticians who agree that the CO2 laser is the best laser for minimizing pores. I honestly don't think you need it though. Your pores are tiny compared to mine!
Your scarring is very mild but if it bothers you then best to look for a solution. A series of light chemical peels would work well for you I think. If after that you still have scars that bother you I would look into treating them separately (so if some are a little deeper you could look into a good safe filler or even consider the eDermastamp to target small groups/single scars. I personally wouldn't look at laser treatments for scarring as shallow as yours as it's very invasive.
Accutane? I don't see why you would need to be put on that drug. I don't see much in the way of active acne on your face.
The nose is a tricky spot to fix so I would be sceptical of the laser treatments personally, especially if you're only going to see 30% improvement after so many treatments. If it were my nose I would look at the eDermastamp or a safe hyaluronic based filler like Restylane.
here is what he said.
"Dear patient, enlarged pores and nose scars are really challenging to treat. In my opinion Punch grafting or cutting surgery will make them worse. A course of oral Accutane can temporary improve them. Lasers such as the fractional CO2 laser (Mixto) are helpful. 2-3 sessions, on a monthly basis, can improve them about %25 to %30.Find an experienced Dermatologist and try CO2 or Erbium lasers. Start conservative."
Ok ill read more about edermastamp. Is it same with dermapen? because thats what we have here in the philippines.
