I have acne scarring on both sides of my face from the horrible acne I used to have during highschool. I really want to get rid of them or, at the very least, conceal them in some way.
I'm a guy and I'm not going to buy makeup, regardless of what people say. Nothing against people who wear makeup, I'm just not going to do it.
So far the only options I've seen for getting rid of acne scars involve laser surgery or dermabrasion, both of which are way more expensive than I can afford as a college student.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I really dont wan't to live with these for the rest of my life :/

Yes, there are cheaper options.
Chemical peels such as glycolic and TCA can help with scarring.
Makeup artists choice has many chemical peels to offer. Buy the sample size to start out and when you find a peel you like start buying the bigger bottles.
Each peel comes with its own instructions that are easy to follow. Performing an chemical peel isn't rocket science. I'm sure you can handle it. I've done several jessner peels on my own with great results.
Unless you plan on being inside all day or if you live in a city/town that is always cloudy I don't recommend doing chemical peels in the summer. You're not supposed to be in the sun after you do a chemical peel.
