I've found that subcision + suction works great for me. Unfortunately, I need 12-16 days of downtime before I can step out without looking like something happened to my skin.
For many of us with jobs, we do not have much downtime. How do you guys manage this? I'm reluctant to spend my 2 weeks to stay inside a house all day.
Right now money isnt really an issue, just finding time off for the procedure. Considering I only need 1-2 more subcisions to achieve what I want, should I just use up my 2 weeks vacation on this?
This is really not something we can answer, the decision is yours.
However I will say that I am similar to you, money not much of a problem but the time off is. I did take my annual leave but it was worth it. What about sick leave? Maybe you could take a week or two on stress (simple visit to the doctor) and then get your treatments done while on leave.
In the end it's up to you to find the balance between work and treatment. Sooner is better than later though

It's worth it to take the time off - your skin begins to recover and you can go back to work without looking too bad.
Think of it this way, your life should not revolve around work. Sure, it's a necessary evil but if you find yourself thinking about your skin constantly while at work (like I was) then take the time off to do something about it. Work isn't everything.
Also, if you only need 1-2 more treatments until you're satisfied it's not a huge thing to take your leave. Or, take the sick leave! Go to your doctor and explain what you want to have done and see if they will be willing to give you time off. I told my doctor that I was going to have a procedure to improve my skin which would, in turn, improve my productivity at work because I was literally obsessing over it while trying to work and he said "okay, two weeks enough?". Don't know until you ask!
