I'm curious about what type of scars these are
and if they'll ever go away .I've never really had this much of a bad breakout Ever so when a huge pimple popped up on my Face i decided to stretch it when it turned ripe and it left a big scar a few days later. Ugh I hate it
and As of now, you can't really tell but the scar in the right side of my cheek has a small bump and i don't really know what it is. I'm kind of scared that its a hypertrophic scar , but I'm not really sure.
. also been using lemons everyday for almost a week now and I haven't been really seeing results.
You still have active acne, so I would attribute any bumps to that, not scarring. 
To me it looks like you might have some shallow boxcar scars and a few icepick, but nothing severe. If I were you I would ditch the lemons and find a proper skin care regime. These natural therapies are quite frankly, ineffective and a waste of money. Many would disagree with me but I have literally tried everything (when my acne was active). You need a good cleanser and a good water based sunscreen if nothing else. Wash your face morning and night but no more and wear sunscreen every day without fail. The sun is our biggest enemy when it comes to making our scarring worse. If these natural therapies work for others then their skin was not very bad to begin with.
Once your active acne is gone I would wait a few weeks and monitor your scars. If they look like they're there to stay then that would be the time to look for a solution.
