Okay, to me looks like active acne, I wouldn't stress about any possible scarring at this point in time because it looks like your skin has not settled yet. Red marks are NOT scars. Scars are when your collagen is rearranged/stacked differently, resulting in pitted or indented marks or raised areas. If it's red, it's likely still inflamed and it will resolve on its own. Brown, black, purple or red marks are "acne marks" and require a different approach to treat.
Ugh, lemon juice! Why? Please consider putting the lemons back where they belong and finding a proper skin care regime. They're useless and as the poster above me said, be warned when using them. If you had a few little spots here and there maybe it'd work, but you need something safer and more effective.
You need products that are tailored for acne, not lemons from the garden. You really want a good cleanser with glycolic acid and a good daily sunscreen. Wash your face twice a day, morning and night. Sunscreen is a must it really isn't an option. If you're not using it every day then start. The sun is our worst enemy when it comes to skin problems. There are many products on the market but you need to put yourself out there and find something that works. You also need patience. One month is not long enough to gauge the effectiveness of any treatment. You need at least 3 months of continued use to see whether it will work for you or not.
I started with Obagi products - cleared my acne in about 3 months. In the beginning my acne was 100 times worse while starting the regime but I stuck with it and after three months I was clear.
So:
1. Clear your active acne.
2. Assess your skin for scars or acne marks.
3. Decide on your next attack plan.
But most of all, be positive and strong! One day you will look back on these photos with pride knowing that you fixed it. I know I am right now!
