Need Help W/ Routine For Pitted Acne Scars

I'm trying to develop a good working routine for remodeling of pitted acne scars on my forehead (rolling, boxcar). I have the following products and it's overwhelming trying to figure out when to use each.

- LacSal

- Tri-Reduction

- SuperCop 2x

- Vitamin C Serum (I make my own)

- Retin-A

- MSM Cream

- 70% Glycolic Peel

- Emu Oil

I also have dermarollers, stamps and needles.

I've used the products on and off for a year or so without much results which is why I want to establish a proper routine. Any help will be greatly appreciated, these scars really affect my self-esteem.

Thanks in advance for your help!

i have raised areas which I think are either scars or milia but i'm not sure which. i don't think they are active acne because the never change. any tips on those would be helpful as well.
