Why a dermatologist would charge only 75 (UK Money) for a fraxel session? Is it because this is a really rubbish early version of fraxel or something? lol I should have asked the dermatologist these questions but I didn't so I need some answers here. As cheap as it is I still don't want to jump in to taking a treatment that might end up being completely useless.

That is absolutely not Fraxel re:pair, which is the one you want. That costs around 3500.

Ah I See, Out of interest would you happen to know what this fraxel laser might be? No where near as effective as repair is what you are telling me right?
