Cheapest method would be to use dermarollers sizes 0.5mm and 1.5mm. The 0.5mm for your red marks and 1.5mm for the deep scarring. You can use a dermastamper size 1.5mm for your scars too. A lot of people dermaroll incorrectly but not disinfecting your face and the materials used correctly, rolling the wrong way, buying a fake model on eBay, not applying the correct kind of Vitamin C serum onto your face afterwards... so just do some research if you are looking to dermaroll. You won't see your desired results for a couple of months.. maybe a year but dermarolling does work if you stick to it. I wish you the best of luck.

You just finished your Accutane course so you shouldn't do any type of scar treatment to your skin for at least 6 months. After that time, a lot of the redmarks should fade away and you can evaluate what type of scarring you are left with and then what procedures can benefit your scarring.

Red marks take so dang long to fade. It's been like 6 months since I have these red marks. I want them to fade to see how bad my scars are. I'm gonna use derma roll and peel which I will apply just on when I have the marks.

You should wait to have any scar treatments at least 6 months. You'll might get additional scars or there is a risk of making your current scars worse.

I had been on Accutane twice. While I was on Accutane, it made my healing process very slow and my skin got easily scared(I barely get indented scars from my acne before taking Accutane). Yes, I got clear from acne by taking Accutane, but I also ended up getting scars from it...so I have mixed feeling about Accutane.

You should let your skin heal itself first.
