I have quite some acne scars on both cheeksand nose bridge left from ten years ago. I guess they are mainly boxcar and rolling ones, no or few ice-pick ones. Eastern Asian.
I was wondering which doctors are recommended around Baltimore?
I have heard of Dr robert weiss and Dr rebecca kazin. What would you compare or think of them, such as their specialities and their pricing?
Are subcission and/or fraxel repair/restore good options?
Thanks in advance!
When I lived up that way I saw Dr Weiss. He treated me for years actually. He does do subcision but will push his lasers first. His costs are pretty good I thought.
It depends on what kind of treatments you want to do. I was treated with a variety of non-ablative lasers by him as well as 3 subcision treatments. My results were mixed at best but I was always left with the impression that Dr. Weiss had my best interest at heart and it wasn't just a money grab.
Thanks,jbird12!
How mixed your results were?
Hope that someone may have some idea about Dr Rebecca Kazin.

My results were mixed in the sense that I don't think the treatments I did were right for me. I needed a more aggressive treatment than non-ablative lasers to fix my scarring and textural issues. 2 mixto treatments this past year have yielded more results than 10 non-ablative laser treatments and 3 subcision treatments and multiple dermarolling treatments combined. Everyone's face is different though.
