I am 25 male and have no active acne anymore. I have this scar on my forehead for around the past five years or so with it gradually deepening over time. On the upper edge is an enlarged pore similar to the ones on a person's nose (fills up with pus every two weeks or so and is visible at all times). I am not sure what this depressed sort of scar is. It looks pretty bad and really shows up in pictures.

To me it looks like a small rolling scar. Can you flatten it by stretching the skin around the scar? Deep rolling scars are tethered to the underlying tissue in your skin and usually worsen over time. A procedure like subscision may help to improve that for you.
Also, that enlarged pore might need investigating, especially if it doesn't seem to be going away any time soon. It may be more like a blocked sebaceous gland. It fills up slowly and you can sometimes squeeze a yellow-like substance from it if it's close to the surface. These can be surgically removed by a small incision.
