Exactly 2 years since dragz posted. Why people n other posters just left without further updates?

Ive been suggested with mixto by Dr David Rahimi would it be worth it? The progress ive seen on this thread got me wanting to do it but Im on a budget and dont want to cough up 3000 for no noticeable results.
