Which brand should I buy at Walgreens or CVS? I went to Walgreens the other day and saw 2.5% Lidocaine. Not sure if it's strong enough. Or if online, please send me a link.

My 1.5mm dermaroller finally arrived today after 2 weeks wait. It's well built and looks very professional.

Thanks!

Hopefully anyone can suggest lidocaine. I was also wondering why my post have 0 views. Is Lidocaine bad? Or what other numbing products that I can use?

First time I dermarolling I use 10% Lidocaine spray + 0.3 mm dermaroller for increasing absortion, last time i roll with 2.0 mm and I don't use Lidocaine. I hope you don't have any alergic reaction, it may be fatal :(. Make a small test on skin (for ex on the arms).

hi Remicade. Am I right that you said, you used 2mm without appying lidocaine spray? The Lidocaine spray that I saw in Walgreens was 2.5% only. I didn't see any that had 10%. I'm not allergic into anything so I'm ok.

I dermarolling right side of my face with 2.0 mm 192 and left side with 1.5 540 without numbing cream (EMLA) or Lidocaine. It seems I have very thick skin. Lidocaine in stronger concentration probably require a prescription in your country ?

yes, you could be right. I dermarolled last night without lidocaine and I did feel the pain. My face became red but I only saw 3 bloods spots. Not sure if I am pressing it down enough.

wow, I'm seeing minor improvement!!! Wife noticed it a little too and looks like my blemishes are lightening! :D

I noticed this morning that I skin is peeling. Looks like a very good sign.

By the way, I love when I hear the skin pops. :)

Sorry to disappoint you but is the micro-swelling of the skin, the response to the inflammation made by dermaroller, in 2-4 days it's gone and the scars are revealed back. Don't give up.
