Hey y'all =)

 

I was wondering, would Retin-A (or some Tretinoin Gel in general) help heal ice pick scars on the nose? What % would you recommend?

 

Or are there more effective (and safe) treatments? I've searched the board many times regarding this matter, but I can't seem to find any experiences with pleasant results...

Topical treatments are not strong enough for ice picks. :(

Retin A seems bad for ice pick scars. But for hypertrophic, or raised scars, it might be better. Retin A thins the skin, so it would make ice pick scars look worse. But it may lower and thin out raised scars.
