Some ingredients like Dimethicone, Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide and Petrolatum can also be found is some sunscreens therefore it can also act as a moisturizer. Be sure to check the list of ingredients first before using any sunscreen as a moisturizer.

Anybody use sunscreens as moisturisers? Heard s few people do it. Used it the other day and seem to stop dryness really well?....
Most sunscreens don't settle on my skin well. I used an Olay moisturiser on my skin but it just got real clumpy. Why do so many people use an spf in the morning?
Gossmakeupartist (a YouTube makeup guru) suggested this, but he didn't elaborate on it. I feel that he could've at least recommended a sunscreen. From my experience using only a sunscreen causes my face to look greasy & feel heavy. I haven't found a good sunscreen, so I mix one with my regular daytime lotion.
