Hello guys, so I have redness and red marks on face due to previous acne and I tired a cetephil moisturizer and it was to greasy and made me break out. Anyone have tried cerave moisturizer pm or am ?? I heard that they have good ingredients in them for healing skin and redness and want to know if anyone has had luck with them??
Yea I use all CeraVe brand stuff my am moisturizer and my face wash and my evening moisturizing cream. It's much thicker and more moisturizing than the PM.
How is the moisturizing lotion as an AM moisturizer? I don't want it to be too heavy that my face looks greasy or oily.

Ya know I actually just recently switched my SPF over to neutrogena SPF and I just use my regular ol CeraVe cream with it.i actually find the cream to soak into the skin faster and it doesn't save me oily looking. It takes about 5 minutes for the cream to soak in. I started using Dans AHA about a month ago and my skin seems so much more moisturized that the CeraVe AM was taking forever to soak into my skin and I was sweating a lot under it for some reason. It was like my face couldn't breath. Which is odd because I've been using it for well over a year now. If your skin is very dry from the regimen I would give it a shot. But I seems almost to heavy for me now. Bummer because I liked it. Maybe it will be more of a winter product for me. I wouldn't even use it if I didn't need a SPF but I do. I just switched products on Tuesday!

I just got the cerave moisturizing lotion and used it for the first time today as my AM moisturizer. I added an SPF to it and it felt really good on my skin. It didn't come out greasy looking at all. Hopefully this keeps my skin moisturized as I continue using it.
I use the CeraVe PM as a day moisturizer for when I wear makeup. I cannot/will not use a chemical sunscreen on my face, it will break me out, irritate my skin and eyes...even if it is comedogenic, sensitive skin, all natural, etc. (I wear a wide brim hat at ALL times during daylight hours). CeraVe PM creates a very smooth, moisturized, non greasy canvas to work with. I find it will tame the random flakey & peely skin and doesn't oxidize my makeup or look oily.
*I do not suggest you use the PM formula as a day moisturizer, unless you are using a separate sunscreen (as this formula does not have added sunscreen), or you plan to wear a hat.

Good! I hope you continue to like it and it helps deal with the BP flakiness!
