From what I know Acne.org products are not sold anywhere in stores. Seeing as how Acne.org has specified only certain countries are excluded to ship, I think they can/will ship products to Dubai.

hi, i just ordered it today in souq.com, but it will take 14 days for the delivery as they will ship it directly from US, but it's ok since it is free delivery, the complete set (cleanser, treatment and moisturizer) cost 335.94 AED cash on delivery.. i'm excited to recieve it in 2 weeks

I ordered at acne.org online on the 25 of July and received the Regimen plus via UPS today 28 of July.
