I'm African-American and I have dark spots from my acne. They are dark not red.They get dark even if I don't touch them . I currently use tazorac on my face at night . Although it is working is there anything else that will make the process of fading and healing quicker? I'm in high school and I'm going to college soon next year. I dont want to go with these marks on my face. Also I have dry skin now.
