I'm on close to the same regimen (also have a log where i post updates). Mine is 200mg of Minocycline (on week 7) and .3 differin gel (just started this about a week ago). When I started, I probably had about 15-20 pimples around my mouth area and now those are mostly reduced to red marks. I recently have had a breakout along my left cheek (towards my hairline). Overall, because both medications thin the skin, I find the red marks are quite pronounced. However, my skin is definitely better, but not near where I want it. I'm hoping with another six weeks I will get there. My derm has told me that I need at least 12 weeks to see results of both products.
