Benzaclin Question

So, I have been using benzaclin day and night since Sunday (just 2 days so far) and it already has dried out my skin (not in an annoying level). The problem is that my cheeks, especially the area over my cheek bones looks kinda pinkish. Like I have been touched by the sun softly but in a very obvious way. It doesn't really hurt, only stings when I apply the benzaclin. After a while it stops. I use moisturizer during the day, do you think I should start using some along the night as well? Also I wash with Cetaphil, which I have heard it's a very gentle wash. Should I worry for the redness or is it something normal?

It's definitely normal. I think it would be a good idea to use moisturizer at night time too. You want to eliminate redness/irritation as much as possible
