I did not see any result until hit 6 months of using. In that time I was undergoing a lot of trials and errors with horrible breakout coming back and then finally got settle down with these products I use (In my sig).

My skin is still doing pretty good. Nothing to complain about. But I would like to update my regime a little bit. I am still searching for my HG sunscreen. Blue Lizard kind of broke me out though not sever. Then I changed to Ducray sunscreen emulsion. It was a greasy mess like those European sunscreen I tried. Now I am using Face Cotz spf 40 at the moment. Even though it doesn't have that much of UVA protection but before I found my HG sunscreen, it is better than nothing. At least it won't make me greasy mess on my face.
I also incorporated microfiber washcloth in replace of tissues. Microfiber washcloth is not only doing a greater job helping to remove and gently exfoliate but also saving me from using up tissues. I got microfiber washcloth in dollar store.

Interesting feedback. I have been using Tazorac for about 8 months now, and up until last week, i really thought i was making major improvements since i only had one tiny one at my eyebrow, but not noticeble. I have been doing trial and error as well, and was bumped up to tazorac .1% cream by month 5, but finally went back to .05% because the .1% was surprisingly really strong, even when i already was using .05% for five months. I use MEga DHA by Nature's Way (OMEGA 3) fish oil, but i noticed that when i switched from Ultra Calming Aveeno Cleanser to Giovanni Dtox System Purifying Facial Cleanser (which has Activated Charcoal, Volcano Ash, Goji and Acai berry) my skin has been looking much more smoother and exfoliated, and somehow better.
My question has to do with your micro fiber wash cloth since i used to use those for exfoliation all the time and know how well they exfoliate and sometimes may even cause redness if you exfoliate too much during the week. How often do you use it per week, and what was the number one product that made you finally see great results, because right now im on month 8 and was about to call it quits but i found out that you also use exfoliation techniques as well with tazorac and your skin looks less red than mine.
Do you use any other prescribed medicine other than Tretenoin?
Can you be more specific as to what Aderma Cream you use (what is the full title of the Cream?)
Also it seems that you started to see great results until month 10- is this accurate?
I started Taz (its the strongest Tretenoin form in.05% form) on January of 2012.

I do not use any prescription medicine other than tretinoin 0.05%. I did take some pain killers like Advil to help to reduce the inflammation and I felt this works on me. As for microfiber cloth, I use it in conjunction with Cetaphil gentle cleanser nightly and as you can see in my signature every morning I just simply use wet microfiber cloth to gently wipe my face. To me I finally realize when using tretinoin, I have to be gentle to my face and gentle products are the keys. I used to try to find a way to "exfoliate" my face to get rid of the nasty dry flakes but nothing worked and made my face very irritated until I settle down with "gentle products" and never look back to "exfoliation". Or maybe I may seem to use microfiber cloth to exfoliate but that is not what I meant. I only use it as an aid to remove my face makeup and sunscreen since all of them are water resistant.
I did start to see improvement around month 10 or so but went up and down (really down) as I was experimenting products to get rid of dry skin and blackheads.
ADERMA Creme de soin is the complete name. 
I used to have acne the longest time until either I finally found my perfect regime and products work for me or I just have grown out of acne. But I can say if I use the wrong products my face will react.

I bought a new sunscreen SVR Spf 50+ max protection sunscreen and use it the first day. So far so good. Will report back here.
I have used svr max SPF 50+ for more than a month. I world say it was much better then any sunscreen I have used before but the trace of the minor stickiness and the shininess if powder was not used and the minor filmy feeling just made my want to search for hg sunscreen. Here now I bought another svr sunscreen in different line for oily skin and SPF 50 green bottle. So far still a very minor stickiness but not shiny nor filmy feeling. The finish is matte but not as matte as silica base sunscreen. Will report back.
Now my skin is having minor breakout again probably due to I have not used tretinoin for several weeks. Even though it is not to a point I feel stressed. Have been wearing only powder for several weeks.
Have been using SVR green sunscreen for 12 days or so. I now know SVR SPF 50+ max caused me minor breakouts because after I changed my sunscreen my skin is clear---no breakout at all. Now I probably will use SVR green sunscreen forever like I will continue to use tretinoin.
I also change cleanser from Cetaphil to Aquanil Cleanser. This one doesn't sting my eyes.
I am settling down the products now. I found all my HGs I guess. I have been using those products for sometime n my skin feels really good. Virtually no breakout no dry skin n no blackheads. Big pores still there but looks clean.

SVR Lysalpha SPF50
Colorstay liquid foundation oily/combination
Evening
A quanil cleanser/cetaiphil gentle cleanser wash twice with bare hand in shower or sink
Physiogel lotion
Avalon vit c eye cream(don't feel any effect but doesn't break me out either)
Wait 30 mins or more
Tretinoin 0.05 cream
Still clear and occasional breakouts here there but not major. I have changed my product to help my oily skin not being so oily. Experimenting....

high slicone will blog my pores (pointing Skinceutical spf 50 physical fusion)
PS even though I loved SVR green sunscreen but the finish still not elegant enough for me.. Make my face look shiny.
I just bought Elta MD and started using this for a day. Right now like how weightless and not greasy at all on my face.
Also started using old school soap to wash my face. Feel squeaky clean obviously. Have been using for about a week. Hasn't irritated my skin yet. Will see.
