Due to popular demand and numerous pm's...

Maybe he just grew out of it. Y'know I always wonder if people who got clear using some regimen actually got clear because they grew out of it, not because of the regimen.

I have to disagree. If I sway away from my Extreme Acne-Free Regimen by Necromancer, I will without a doubt have a breakout. During the past when I had acne more severe (never severe in this site's terms - more like moderate), I was able to keep it under control pretty well. Without my regimen, which has been tested numerous times with different variables, I would have lots of scars because I would have broken out a lot more than I did. Case closed.

:ninja:

So what exactly are you waiting for again? You're not going to get any credit around here unless you actually post your regimen for others to review.

Not waiting on anything. The complete text of the Extreme Acne-Free Regimen by Necromancer is in process. I was just browsing and saw that people replied to this thread with rather rude posts insulting my intelligence and calling me a liar by saying I used Accutane. I never used anything like Accutane because personally I don't feel Accutane is for people with mild to moderate acne like mine. Case closed.

:ninja:

Also,

No accutane here. My regimen as is said in my signature OVER 300 TIMES on this site is unlike anything, anyone, or any references you will find anywhere on the web, in reality, in history. You're wrong - again. Case closed.

So you're saying there are no references to your regimen in ALL OF REALITY?? That's slightly impossible unless you grabbed your ingredients from an alternate dimension or some shit.

If you asked about the things I eat or have eaten or done in the past to friends or witnesses, you will begin to realize that much of what I have done or do is not based on anything anyone else has done. For example, I eat oatmeal and canned tuna for breakfast. Case closed.

:ninja:

Huh? Tuna and oatmeal? Those are basic weight lifter foods that most every body builder eats. How is that innovative and "not based on anything anyone else has done"? That's a pretty weak example, don't you agree?

WOW.. so you make a post about a post that you will someday in the future make? O_O

I'm not trying to be mean... but it'd be nice if you got on to actually posting your regimen.. The quicker you post it the quicker other people can try it and help their skin..

He's just being a douche bag. Furthermore, he needs to wipe his shit-eating grin off his face. Oooo, you took accutane. Huge secret.

Thats not him grinning, thats Gilbert Gottfried. What do you expect? :| Case closed.

necromancer why does it take so long to post your regimen?

stop being lazy and just write it out. its not fair to hype up your regimen like it is a boxing match or something.

From Dictionary.com:

Necromancer:

1. The practice of supposedly communicating with the spirits of the dead in order to predict the future.

2. Black magic; sorcery.

3. Magic qualities.

Just from that, and the fact that as soon as you post it you are going to disappear forever, makes me think it is nothing but a farce. I suppose it is some sort of ancient wiccan anti-acne secret that has been buried for centuries and the lord of darkness himself will be enlightening you when the time is right. All you have to do is prepare the victims for the ultimate "sacrifacne."

Seriously, though. If you were truly interested in helping people like you say, you should stick around to answer questions about you regimen, because there will be questions. People will respond to you better when you stop arrogantly insulting and mocking them. That's why you receive nasty pm's and comments on your pics and threads. It's so simple.

Guess whose back, back again‚¦ Necromanceržs back, tell a friend‚¦ Necrožs back, Necrožs back, Necrožs back‚¦I have returned after awhile away. I had a relatively major breakout, but I didnžt complain (since it was due to my intense bodybuilding diet consuming nearly 5000 calories a day ‚Å“ gained almost 13 lbs in just over a month!). I just told my acne …œDonžt sing it, BRING IT!? After about a week it disappeared. But during that week, I battled it with unbelievable blows like eating fast food! I went to Steak N Shake and ordered the nastiest things, including a cup of greasy French fries, which were very delicious. My face was like, …œWTF? You donžt fear me?? I said, …œNo!? Then I guzzled down a bunch of chocolate bars (pure protein bars that are composed of almost pure chocolate), and then headed over to KFC for the knockout punch with fried chicken tenders. My face didnžt stand a chance. All I can say is that it was KO! Now I am clear and my acne has since retreated from the battlefield. Case closed!

Hurry up already and just tell us your regime N. Can't wait.

Love the new photo by the way.

Please reconsider your diet though, sounds like you're heading for a coronary (heart attack) or a coronary bypass graft or two or three or more. When my dad got his 5 bypasses, there were healthy looking "runner" type guys in the hospital with him, guys in their thirties getting these heart bypasses. Seriously, you might be getting a buff body, but your arteries are probably getting clogged from all that grease and extra calories you're consuming.

Thanks for the photo comment.

I respect your post. I know it may be unhealthy to gain weight this fast. But, I am willing to risk it all: great job, great place, and pretty future-set life to do this one thing I have wanted since I was little. The reason why I couldn't do this before is because I ran track and played basketball. So I burned way to many calories. Then I spent 2+ years recovery from 2 broken ankles and went into major muscle atrophy. But, I have always wanted to be not super big, but football player size (Michael Vick, Terrell Owens, size types). So I have focused that my slogan is going to be "get 200lbs by dec 31st or die tryin'" - play-off words of 50 Cent album LOL.

Necro why are you waiting that long to tell us your regime?

You have time going to the gym but no time to help people that are suffering  ?

Acne his serious and very emotional and if your playing with us it his very immature.

If I knew something that could help people I would be writing my regime all day and

night if have to.

Holy God this is the dumbest thread ever but its cracking me up...lol

If you had anything real to offer why didnt you just POST it after you had wrote it out? No need to be like "Im gonna post this later just so ya know" we all would have seen it when you posted it.

If you actually are writing something out..well..thanks for the effort. Although since you said your acne was mild to moderate, I doubt it would help those of us who are really suffering. :( BUt yeah..this thread is funny.

Man your such a pr!ck. Even if you post your flawless regimen i wont be using it. One of its side effects seem to be you turn into a retard so ill give it a miss.

Also shut up already with your intense bodybuilding talk. Thats a load of bull. You obviously no nothing about BB'ing if your eating fast foods, "greasy french fries" and KFC to gain muscle mass. Yeah sure you need to increase calories but by eating quality foods for carbs + protein etc not junk food which will just bump up your body fat % without increasing your LBM too much. (every bodybuilder - even amateurs would now this stuff). So lets stop lying.. And 5000 cals a day please id be interested to know how your breaking that down....

Anyway post your regimen up for the people desperate enough to try it or just shut up altogether, it ain't fair making people wait even if it does turn out to be bull****.

p.s To anyone who is suffering acne remember this...... "I just told my acne ‚Å“Don‚„t sing it, BRING IT!‚? After about a week it disappeared."... thats all you have to do to get rid of your acne troubles people ;)

If his regimen completely eliminates acne, why is he back here telling us he broke out? especially after his dramatic exit .. looks like someone is desperate for attention. He probably has no regimen and is using this time to cook one up...and getting off on people asking what his

secret" is... Necro Most likely got banned from Healthboards for manipulation or for being a pompus azz..prolly both  case closed!

I have no idea why people are coming to this thread and expecting him to say anything but narcissistic comments and a buncha' BS.

Think about it, guys. If you found anything that you thought would remotely work for other people, would you not post it right off the bat? You know how much some people with acne suffer, right? Right. This moron is dragging you all around and he's obviously loving it. Just read his posts, he's probably the most narcissistic person I've ever seen. Every other phrase is "I'm right again, you're wrong!" or talking about his "amazing skin".

Have fun with that 5,000 calorie diet, by the way. I bet you'll enjoy the EXTREME stretch marks you get! You're so into yourself you'll probably commit suicide when that crap comes along. Good luck finding an EXTREME stretch mark regimine! (5k calorie diets are for huge, huge body builders...Not skinny dudes who are just starting out. Like I said, goodluck with the stretch marks. They WILL come.)

You can thank me later for saving your skin. Too bad everyone here won't be able to do the same to you.
