I don't know what these are. They aren't pimples or cysts or anything. They aren't raised above the skin and are flat.  They suddenly appeared around a week ago. I have no acne on my cheeks so these aren't even scars. Has anyone had a similar encounter? Or a slight clue as to what this might be?
