Help! I've had bad skin for about 2 years but recently it's got so much worse and spread round to my jawline and neck area. I went to a derm and he said I had comedonal acne, but why is it always red like this? Could it be rosacea? I've changed my diet but so far haven't seen any improvement, can someone help me! It's causing me such bad anxiety, which just makes the condition worse
