Hi, this is my first time posting...

I've gotten this strange mark on my face just under an hour ago while watching the seahawks. I don't know what it is but probably some of you do.. i think its broken capillaries and i'm afraid it is because i've heard that it takes a long time to go away.

I'm 18, male, and during this happened i was screaming a lot (because the seahawks won lol) it just happened out of nowhere so please help. thank you.

the mark is dark red like a burn, it's smooth, and not throbbing or swollen. it's not itchy or anything...
