So after trying literally thousands of lotions, gels, moisturizers, and so on, I decided I would get a prescription for Finacea. Well, not only was it expensive, it also itched and burned to the point I couldn't stand it, it drove me crazy. I decided to try a generic version as it did seem to help my acne though. I ordered Aziderm 20% concentration online. It's made in India and it's a generic version of Finacea. I didn't have very high hopes for it, but thought I'd give it a try. To my surprise, my skin immediately looked better. Matte, smooth, less redness, faded broken caps, and faded acne and acne marks. After a few days, I looked in the mirror in the morning and couldn't believe it. Aside from still quite obvious acne and acne scars, I looked like I was wearing makeup. To top it off, the stuff didn't burn me in the slightest. I apply it right after shower or cleansing my face, it actually moisturizes it instead of making it dry like Finacea did. It reduces redness associated with broken caps, while Finacea always made it worse. I swear I have never come by a product so effective on so many levels. I never got such great results with vitamin k creams or ANYTHING topical when it comes to my broken caps. I also never tried a moisturizer before that would make my skin perfectly moisturized and perfectly matte at the same time without leaving any residue. And I have sensitive skin. So I guess I'm going to be using this for a LONG time. It's worth every penny, and it's worth trying out for all of you who have redness, broken caps, acne, uneven skin tone, etc. Just wanted to share a positive experience for once!

Good for you :). I plan on asking the derm for finacea when I go tomorrow. The active ingredient is azelaic acid, does Aziderm contain that? Did you notice any difference in the ingredients or does it just feel and act different? Also many find that finacea stops working so you should post an update in a month or two so we know if it still works.

Hi all, sorry for such a long delay, since no one ever quoted my post I totally forgot about ever making this thread. Anyway, I stuck with Aziderm for a month, and it continued to make my rosacea better, but I decided to stop to use Derma e scar gel instead since my primary concern became my acne marks, and that works better on the marks. However, I still recommend Aziderm as it did help me a lot with rosacea.

Where can I order it? thank you:)
