Could it be you need to try a different foundation? It's possible the one you are using isn't working for you. I would not recommend using concealer these days without a layer of either foundation or primer underneath (primer is basically foundation without the tint). Concealers are VERY heavy and most contain more comedogenic ingredients than the foundations. I've tried it in a pinch for the quickie camouflage...breaks me out more every time. Ugh.
