Dear KellyCG:
The best creams to reduce wrinkles are tretinoin and sunscreens. The first one is by prescription only (Renova) the second one is OTC (I love Banana Boat Kids SPF50). Botox injections are also great for wrinkles around eyes, but you have to see a dermatologist.
I've almost forgot- good sunglasses are the best to reduce wrinkling around eyes.
I wish you all the best!

The thing that ages skin faster than anything else is excess sun exposure. So, make sure every product you use has sunscreen. Don't leave the house with a moisturizer or something that has SPF in it. And like the other commentor mentioned, tretinoin is great for reducing the appearance of wrinkles, but if the wrinkles are really close to your eyes, please don't use tretinoin there! Just stay hydrated, moisturize often and use sunscreen. These are the best tips I can give you, but of course there are surgical avenues as well.
