Hi, I am new to this forum and I have had mild acne for a while and now I am dealing with the scars left and occassionally 1-2 small zits. My skin is very sensitive (turns red easily if the product is too harsh or unsuitable) and for the moment I only exfoliate once a week and apply grapeseed oil every night. It does slightly make my skin better but I feel like some good products might heal the scars faster, as they are obviously stronger than a natural remedy. But I don't want to spend any more money in vain so I'm just wondering: have any products ever proved to be worth it? Or is it just the cosmetic industry trying to rip you off your money? And how was your skin after giving those productsup? If you find a good product, do you just stick to it for the rest of your existence?
check out a 10% glycolic acid lotion if you havent already. that is really the only thing ive found for hyperpigmentation scars. there are a million different ones out there. i use neostrata. if youve never used it before or have really sensitive skin you may want to start with a 5% and build up a tolerance.
