I was on Acne.org regime like 8 years ago for a year and a half. So I usually would wait for about 5 minutes, and then apply the makeup. It did not seem to effect anything, since it did keep me clear for that a year and a half.

I have been on the regimen for two years now and I usually wait a good 5 minutes to start applying make-up. I would say let the moisutirizer absorb into the skin first, the time usually varies depending on the mousturizer you user.
