Hello,

I have combination skin (I think), mild oily forehead with some spots on cheeks which come and go. I was thinking of using a face mask, do you have any reccomendations for Sensitive Skin? I heard "white bentonite clay" is beneficial for this skin group.

Is a face mask a good idea for a guy?

Thanks :)

Egg whites, trust me!

Apply whisked egg whites all over your face and then stick tissue paper to it. Put more egg whites on until the tissue is saturated and then let it get hard. Once it hardens, peel it off! :)

Green Clay Powder + Water + lavendar oil

All of these ingredients can be found on eBay very cheap (and water can be found in the tap haha).

It is very gentle as long as you only use a couple of drops of lavender and I've found this mask to reduce redness and inflammation by about 50% for the next 24 hours after using it. It also helps with oil control.

Face masks are great for everyone! Depending on your price range, here are a few store bought good face masks: (all purchased at Ulta)

Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask- $4 (really deep cleans, feels refreshing and dries up acne)

Formula 10.0.6 Deep Down Detox Mud Mask- $6 (dries up acne, and oily skin)

Murad Clarifying Mask- $37 (soothes skin, clears up acne, great for sensitive skin)
